Core Responsibilities

Conduct competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities related to new in-person payment solutions in Uruguay. Execute the end-to-end commercial process following best practices of consultative selling to meet and exceed business objectives. Build and maintain long-term trust-based relationships with current clients. Inspire and train new accounts in launching their operations on the platform following best practices.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields. 3 years of experience in similar positions, both in commercial teams and business development. Experience in direct sales and knowledge of the market is an advantage. Knowledge in the payments industry and management and development of large accounts is desirable.
