Site Leader

Oversee all aspects of operations and functions at the site, managing a team of Operations and Area Managers. Drive the creation of quality initiatives and process improvement strategies. Collaborate with support teams to secure necessary resources for projects and initiatives.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Experience in people management and English-language communication skills, both written and verbal. Familiarity with performance metrics and process improvement techniques.

The role involves working a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
