Collaborates with hiring managers and local HR & TA teams to understand global talent needs and develop recruitment strategies. Proactively sources and engages passive candidates while maintaining a strong candidate pipeline. Conducts thorough candidate assessments and manages end-to-end recruitment processes to ensure a positive candidate experience.

8+ years of experience in a recruiting manager role or similar. Proven track record of successful recruitment for senior leadership positions, particularly in technology and GTM functions. Bachelor's or master's degree in human resources or a similar field.
