Core Responsibilities

The Manager will lead paid search strategy and execution across client portfolios, ensuring performance meets efficiency, growth, and budget targets while developing channel-specific optimization strategies using platforms like SA360. They will also own paid search contributions to client deliverables, prioritize high-impact initiatives, and coach team members on technical and strategic capabilities.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a minimum of 2 years of hands-on paid search experience across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and analytics platforms, including advanced knowledge of SEM strategy and bid management tools like SA360. Essential requirements include proven experience in designing and analyzing A/B tests, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience mentoring junior staff.
