Payroll, Reporting & DC Compensations - Trainee

Analyze, standardize, and automate internal processes in the area. Develop analysis and control tools for monitoring internal processes using Power BI for indicator visualization. Design dashboards and KPIs for monthly operational and budgetary information monitoring.

At least 50% of the Industrial Engineering degree completed and approved. Knowledge of Excel for information analysis and automation development. Interest in designing indicators, process automation, and information analysis.
