Community and Partnerships Manager, AWS Developer Experience

Own programming strategy end to end by designing and curating an event calendar for the local developer audience. Develop and execute a community recruitment and growth strategy targeting local community leaders and early-career professionals. Establish and maintain a partnership network of community event organizers and implement structured frameworks to scale engagement.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in community management or partnership development. Fluent in English with experience in event programming for technical audiences. Active standing in the São Paulo developer community and familiarity with community-led growth strategies.
