Core Responsibilities

Lead part of the team dedicated to capturing and developing key clients in Chile for the digital payments business, executing the commercial process end-to-end. Accompany team members in client meetings, focusing on teaching and developing negotiation and commercial techniques. Identify and develop business opportunities to enhance Mercado Pago and the broader Mercado Libre ecosystem. Continuously monitor key business and team performance indicators to make decisions that improve user experience.

Requirements

Professional degree in Engineering, Economics, Administration, Finance, or related fields. 6+ years of experience in commercial positions and team leadership. Knowledge of payment methods, retail, or mobile is desirable.
