The role is responsible for owning the full Enterprise sales cycle in Brazil, from prospecting to closing, acting as the primary contact for key accounts and building long-term relationships with senior stakeholders. Key responsibilities include generating and qualifying new Enterprise opportunities, maintaining an accurate pipeline, leading complex sales cycles, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful client implementation.
Requirements
Candidates must have 10+ years of B2B sales experience, specifically hunting and closing complex deals in SaaS, technology, fintech, or payments, with deep experience managing multi-stakeholder processes. Essential requirements include fluency in Portuguese and strong English, familiarity with structured sales methodologies like MEDDIC, and a high degree of autonomy suitable for a fast-changing environment.
