Commercial Team Lead

Lead the supplier relationship strategy regionally in LATAM. Develop tools and guidelines for local supplier management in each country. Monitor the performance of key KPIs in the region (Sales, Margins, Days to pay, etc.). Lead the automation strategy and process improvements.

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail or mass consumption. Advanced knowledge of English. Experience in multidisciplinary and multifunctional project management at scale.
