Head of Financial Operations/ Controller

Own the month-end financial close and consolidation across all entities. Lead the annual financial audit, working closely with external auditors and local controller teams. Maintain a strong internal controls environment and support lenders, investors, and regulators with audited financials.

8 - 10+ years of accounting or controllership experience, including multi-entity, multi-currency consolidation. Proven track record leading annual audits with a Big 4 firm. Deep, hands-on NetSuite expertise and demonstrated success deploying AI tools and automation.
