Core Responsibilities

Analyze transaction monitoring alerts and investigate unusual activity. Participate in the preparation of regulatory reports and draft clear, structured technical narratives. Identify atypical patterns or red flags using applicable typologies and contribute to improving monitoring rules. Ensure all decisions are properly supported with sufficient evidence and maintain organized documentation.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. 2-3 years of experience in regulated financial institutions. Advanced English - ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Proven experience in transaction monitoring, sanctions/watchlist screening, and regulatory reporting.
