What You'll Do
Conduct daily in-person visits to agencies and clients to establish relationships with business managers. Support and stimulate new business opportunities for Cielo, including new affiliations and activation of the affiliate base. Analyze results and create strategies to enhance performance through actions, campaigns, and training.
What We're Looking For
Experience in commercial areas, preferably in the financial market or acquiring sector. Bachelor's degree required. Basic knowledge of sales performance indicators and client connection techniques. Ability to perform simple calculations related to client negotiations.
