Lead the management of the Technical Office, coordinating and supervising team activities. Manage and control the budget, costs, valuations, and economic progress of the work, identifying deviations and proposing corrective actions. Supervise the preparation and review of measurements, budgets, valuations, and comparative tables.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. Professional license and current certification. Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in building projects, real estate, and/or hospitality. Solid experience leading or managing a Technical Office in high-complexity construction projects.
What We Offer
Work location is at the Parque Comas project in Comas. The position is 100% on-site with a 6x1 work schedule. Employees will be enrolled in the payroll from the first day and will receive all legal benefits, including a 75% subsidized health insurance for the employee and their family.
