Lead complex end-to-end projects from business case conception to operational stabilization. Analyze high-impact data to support decision-making, generate quantitative insights, and create operational strategies that positively impact KPIs. Manage mandatory counting processes and related routines, balancing operational routine with project management. Act as a liaison between technology needs and operational projects, ensuring developments meet defined standards.
Requirements
Solid experience in project management and operational process design in high-complexity environments. Proficiency in continuous improvement methodologies and agile frameworks (Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC, Kaizen, Agile). Experience with BI and Data Analytics, focusing on continuous improvement tools and process optimization. Knowledge and experience in problem analysis and solution, with a desirable Belt certification (Yellow, Green, or Black).
