Software Expert I - Enterprise Financial Solutions - Payments - Cib & Comex - AI Transformation & Engineering Colombia

Design, develop, and maintain functionalities for financial solutions projects, ensuring code quality and best practices. Collaborate closely with product, design, and QA teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Actively participate in team meetings to plan, review, and resolve technical issues. Contribute to code reviews and continuous improvement of application architecture.

Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a developer with a focus on software development. Knowledge of AS400, Host, and Control M is required.
