Sales Training Specialist

Coordinate training processes and projects for IFT personnel aligned with Managers and brand/training strategy. Design and coordinate onboarding and initial certification for new sales-force colleagues, including foundational product and compliance training. Diagnose training needs through field feedback and performance results, translating insights into appropriate learning interventions.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Medical Science or a related field is required. Intermediate level of English language (speaking and writing). Experience with agile software development and usage of training platforms in a digital environment.
