Asesor de Inclusión Laboral: Estrategia y Alianzas– Célula de Diversidad de Inclusión (CDMX)

Identify and maintain relationships with institutional allies to ensure successful practices for the inclusion of employees with disabilities at BBVA Mexico. Review and propose improvements to the current legal and ethical framework to facilitate labor inclusion. Implement monitoring and evaluation processes for areas with employees with disabilities, identifying barriers and necessary adjustments.

Bachelor's degree in social sciences (psychology, education, pedagogy, economics, political science, administration, international relations, or sociology). At least 2 years of experience developing and executing Diversity and Inclusion initiatives. Professional text analysis and writing skills.
