Design and evolve backend solutions for the vehicle marketplace with a focus on quality, performance, and regional scalability. Act as a technical reference for the squad, making architectural decisions and conducting formative code reviews. Define and maintain SLAs, observability, alerts, and on-call processes while actively managing technical debt.
Requirements
Solid experience in backend development with Java or Go in high-scale production environments. Mastery of distributed systems architecture, microservices, API design, and event patterns. Ability to technically lead complex end-to-end initiatives with informed decisions and follow-up.
