Automate and optimize operational tasks through data analysis and form creation. Address various requests related to passive accounts, including account unlocking and check management. Generate accounting reconciliations, operational statistics, and reports to ensure compliance with service levels.
What We're Looking For
1 to 3 years of experience in customer service and accounting. Bachelor's degree required. Intermediate proficiency in Excel and Google Workspace. Basic knowledge of Python and Google App Script is desirable.
