Set direction, priorities and governance standards for Procurement, and define category strategies aligned with business objectives. Lead complex, high-value negotiations to secure favorable pricing and terms. Own executive-level supplier relationships and manage performance, risk, and innovation. Streamline procurement workflows and apply automation to reduce transaction costs.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience leading Procurement or Strategic Sourcing with ownership of complex negotiations and RFPs. Strong command of contracting, supplier management, and P2P processes. Familiarity with modern Procurement or ERP tooling, preferably SAP S/4HANA. Fluent in English and Portuguese.
