Position Overview: The Legal Administrative Assistant will support the General Counsel and legal team by managing schedules, tracking critical deadlines, coordinating communications, and reviewing and organizing legal, lease, loan, and insurance documents. This role is essential in ensuring smooth legal operations and maintaining high standards of accuracy and organization across multiple workstreams. Key Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate calendars for the General Counsel and legal team. Track and ensure timely completion of legal deadlines (leases, loans, filings). Review, organize, and maintain legal, lease, loan, and insurance documentation. Extract and summarize key information from legal and financial documents. Coordinate communication with internal teams and external stakeholders. Maintain trackers and systems for multiple legal workflows Assist with document formatting, reporting, and administrative legal tasks. Proactively identify upcoming risks, deadlines, or gaps and flag them in advance. Qualifications: Proven experience in an administrative or legal support role. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy. Strong reading comprehension, especially with legal or financial documents. Experience managing calendars and coordinating across multiple stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively. High level of discretion and professionalism. Nice-to-Haves: Paralegal training or certification. Experience with corporate governance or entity management. Familiarity with insurance coordination and compliance tracking. Experience with lease abstraction tools. Background in property management or real estate systems.
