This involves handling requirements, resolving concerns, and collaborating with partner functions to ensure timely fulfillment of requests.

Requirements

Candidates need a minimum of 2-3 years of customer service experience in an SSC/multinational/office setting, with strong preference for experience supporting invoicing and purchase order management. A high school diploma is required, though a Bachelor's Degree is preferred, alongside proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong attention to detail.
