Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to tune solutions to client needs and partnering with sales teams to understand customer business requirements.
Requirements
Candidates need at least 2 years of relevant experience and a High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a related field, along with demonstrated experience with internet protocols like TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, and TLS/SSL, and knowledge of how CDNs function. Experience in a customer-facing consultative environment and knowledge of project management concepts are also required.
