People Ops Analyst - Controls

Coordinate and execute Complementary Inputs processes for Sales and S&OPs, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of payroll inputs according to established payroll calendars and SLA. Perform data validations, reconciliations, and completeness checks prior to payroll processing to identify discrepancies and potential payroll impacts. Monitor KPIs, exceptions, process risks, and recurring trends, escalating material issues that could impact payroll accuracy or timelines.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Experience in Payroll, HR Operations, Finance Operations, Sales Operations, or related transactional processes. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, PivotTables, lookups, data reconciliation, data validation, and analysis of large datasets.
