DarwoftCore Responsibilities
The Senior Product Designer will lead the design and execution of new products and user experiences from discovery through delivery, validating decisions using qualitative user research and usability testing. They will also collaborate cross-functionally, maintain and scale the design system, and influence the overall Design team culture.
Requirements
Candidates must possess 7+ years of experience in consumer product design, preferably in Fintech, and demonstrate bilingual fluency in Spanish and English for articulating design thinking. Essential technical skills include advanced Figma proficiency, proven end-to-end leadership on multiple mobile projects, and experience utilizing AI-powered tools to accelerate workflows.
