Labor Relations Sr Manager

Develop and leverage labor-relations analytics and workforce insights to identify trends and support business decisions. Advise leaders on collective bargaining agreements and manage labor risk. Build strong relationships with unions and key stakeholders. Monitor workforce indicators to identify risks and opportunities.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Industrial Relations, Business, Law, or a related field. Fluency in English. Solid labor-relations experience, particularly in automotive or manufacturing environments. Experience with collective bargaining and grievance resolution.

This position requires you to work on-site 3 times a week (Tue to Thu).
