People Program Specialist

Recruit and build a pipeline of Home Coordinators across every market Belong operates in. Screen, interview, and onboard new coordinators while training them on tour standards. Monitor coordinator performance day to day and catch gaps before they become missed tours. Build sourcing channels and referral pipelines as Belong expands into new markets.

Experience recruiting, staffing, or managing a distributed or gig workforce. Background in real estate, hospitality, or high-volume field operations is a strong plus. Fluent in English and Spanish, and based in Buenos Aires, ready to be on-site.

The role offers growth paths from this position to Tour Operations Lead and cross-functional people operations leadership. You will work inside a company that is changing how housing works in the United States, with a competitive team environment.
