Bachelor's degree in Administration, Production Engineering, Logistics, or related fields. Experience with logistics indicators, productivity, service levels, absenteeism, and personnel management. Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, including pivot tables and formulas, and familiarity with business intelligence tools like Big Query and Looker Studio.
