Analista de Soporte Murex

Provide support for the production mesh and End of Day (EOD) processes. Monitor and track batches and workflows. Identify and assist in managing incidents during production processes. Work with Oracle databases and perform SQL queries for information tracking and analysis.
What We're Looking For
3+ years of experience in application support, production, or related technological processes. Intermediate or advanced SQL knowledge. Basic knowledge of Linux/Unix. Intermediate English level. Ideally, prior knowledge or experience with Murex MX.3.
What We Offer
The position requires flexibility to work rotating shifts of 8 hours, including weekends. Candidates ideally located in Medellín, but open to applicants from other cities in Colombia.
