Develop and optimize preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance plans for critical equipment and facilities. Coordinate weekly maintenance scheduling with Operations, Engineering, Safety, and support areas. Manage and prioritize maintenance backlog based on criticality, risk, and operational impact.

Bachelor's degree in Electromechanical, Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical Engineering or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, reliability engineering, or asset management. Intermediate-advanced English proficiency.
