Core Responsibilities

The Business Development Representative will own complete outbound campaigns targeting decision-makers, managing everything from prospect research through qualified handoffs to senior closers to drive outbound revenue generation. Success is defined by achieving 15+ qualified appointments per month with prospects holding genuine buying authority and budget.

Requirements

Candidates must possess excellent spoken and written English skills along with a minimum of two years of experience in outbound sales or lead generation roles, demonstrating proven success in cold calling and booking sales appointments. Comfort speaking with business owners and senior stakeholders, strong objection handling, and reliable remote work setup are also required.
