Act as a partner to leadership, supporting relevant decisions about personnel in complex scenarios. Develop leaders to operate with greater autonomy in people management systems. Support performance evaluations, individual development plans, and succession planning.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree required. Advanced English for conversation. Solid experience as an HRBP. Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, Excel, and Power BI. Practical experience in end-to-end people management.
