Supervisor(a) de Operações - Pre-Contract Ops Support

Manage project schedules and deliverables, ensuring quality and predictability. Monitor Jira daily, assigning tasks to analysts and directing workflows. Conduct weekly check-ins with the team to assess progress and address operational bottlenecks.

Solid experience in project management with a focus on PMO. Practical knowledge of Kanban, project management tools (Jira), and quality management methodologies (5W2H, Ishikawa). Advanced knowledge of Google Workspace ecosystem.

Remote-first work model with total flexibility to work from anywhere in Brazil. Includes a program allowing remote work from anywhere in the world for up to 90 days a year.
