Senior Scrum Master

Manage the end-to-end delivery of complex system solutions, including project scope, schedule, costs, risks, and issues. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, support sprint goals, remove impediments, and ensure adherence to Scrum principles and practices. Manage stakeholder relationships and communication, providing regular progress updates and facilitating decision-making and conflict resolution.

5+ years of experience in a Project Manager or similar delivery role. Proven experience delivering projects in Agile environments. Strong facilitation, coaching, interpersonal, and influencing skills. Advanced English proficiency.
