Coordinate and supervise the end-to-end export and import chain of packages, ensuring customs clearance and acting as a point of escalation. Lead the relationship and negotiation with logistics providers, influencing key stakeholders to ensure operational fluidity. Collaborate strategically with Demand, Operations, Customs, Finance, and Technology to ensure operational capacity and resolve flow blockages. Design real-time dashboards to evaluate performance through KPIs/SLAs and analyze databases to generate executive reports.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, International Trade, or related field with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Supply Chain operations, foreign trade, and international air logistics. Solid experience in import/export processes under Mexican customs regulations and in managing and negotiating with logistics providers. Advanced data analysis skills with expertise in analytical tools (advanced Excel, SQL, Python) and Business Intelligence platforms (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker).
