Manage the resources of the Fiber Optic Network to ensure the technical viability of projects. Create detailed engineering plans for the growth and improvement of the Fiber Optic network, managing and recording technical documentation within operational systems. Analyze performance metrics and create dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). Follow up and audit contractors responsible for various integration and process automation tasks.

University or technical studies completed or in progress in fields such as Electronics, Telecommunications, or Architecture. Technical skills in data management and knowledge of telecommunications databases. Proficiency in design software tools, such as AutoCAD. Experience with Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and fiber optic cabling infrastructure is valued.
