Project Control Manager

Lead the implementation and management of Project Controls functions in large-scale mining and industrial projects. Administer planning, scheduling, cost control, change management, risk management, and project performance. Develop and implement standards, procedures, methodologies, and tools aligned with client requirements and industry best practices.

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mining Engineering, Project Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 10 years of experience in Project Controls management, planning, cost management, risk management, or capital project administration. Proven experience in Mining & Metals projects, heavy industry, energy, or large-scale infrastructure.

The position is based in Medellín, Colombia, and requires frequent travel to projects and client offices across Latin America, including assignments in Nicaragua as needed.
