Core Responsibilities

Manage regulatory processes for payroll and ensure compliance with regulatory bodies. Collaborate with risk, compliance, audit, and regulatory agencies. Monitor regulatory changes and implement appropriate compliance measures. Participate in the strategy for acquiring new business and retaining clients through efficient payroll management.

Requirements

Experience in risk management, compliance, SOX, auditing, and payroll. Knowledge of regulatory processes and ensuring adherence to required standards. Ability to work collaboratively with different areas of the company and internal stakeholders. Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact with various organizational levels. A degree in related fields (Administration, Accounting, Law, etc.) is desirable. Experience with generative AI tools.
