The analyst will assist in executing the Investment Strategy for the Residential Income Fund by evaluating and controlling Real Estate and Financing Investments to maximize portfolio profitability according to company guidelines. Key tasks include participating in financing strategy creation, analyzing new real estate businesses, supporting asset valuation, and monitoring assets through maturity and sale.
Requirements
Candidates should be professionals in Commercial or Civil Engineering or related fields, requiring 0-1 year of experience in similar roles and advanced proficiency in Excel, which is mandatory. Intermediate English proficiency and CMV (operator) accreditation are also required.
