This agent-first Sales Operations role focuses on building scalable commercial intelligence systems by designing and improving AI-enabled agents, workflows, metrics, and models to drive forecasting, pipeline execution, and executive insights. Responsibilities include tuning agent outputs, translating business questions into structured logic, defining core sales metrics, and partnering with Finance to validate forecasting models.

Requirements

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in Sales Ops, Rev Ops, Analytics, or Commercial Operations, with proven experience building metrics frameworks, analytical models, and automated workflows. High comfort is required in translating business questions into structured operational logic, alongside familiarity with low-code/no-code tools and CRM architectures.
