Core Responsibilities

The primary responsibility of the position is to provide administrative, financial, and logistical support for the project, ensuring compliance with UNDP procedures and tracking of all activities and expenses. The selected candidate will coordinate administrative processes, maintain financial records, support procurement and contracting, and assist in the preparation of technical and financial reports.

Requirements

Candidates must have completed secondary education and possess a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in administrative and financial management of public funds. Experience in development projects at the subnational level and proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools are also required.
