Risk Director, CARCAM
VisaCore Responsibilities
This role oversees Strategic Risk Management and Ecosystem Risk (Fraud and Data Security) across Central America and the Caribbean, setting security priorities and executing strategies to prevent fraud, strengthen authentication, and protect sensitive data. The director is also responsible for representing Visa’s Credit Settlement Risk framework and engaging clients to mitigate risk and enable responsible innovation.
Requirements
Candidates must be experienced enterprise and operational risk leaders with strong exposure to the payments ecosystem or similarly complex, regulated, multinational environments, requiring fluency in Spanish and professional proficiency in English. Preferred backgrounds include payment networks, processors, financial institutions, or large technology-driven transactional businesses, with a minimum of 5 years of leadership experience.
