What You'll Do
Lead the AS-IS process gathering of complex processes through interviews, workshops, and document review. Identify pain points, gaps, and inefficiencies, and analyze their root causes. Model process flows in BPMN using Bizagi or equivalent tools. Redesign processes (TO-BE) focused on operational efficiency aligned with organizational goals.
What We're Looking For
Experience in process modeling and redesign. Proficiency in BPMN and tools like Bizagi. Strong analytical skills to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements. Ability to collaborate with business users to define detailed requirements and use cases.
