Analyze the insurance market, competition, and industry trends to generate strategic insights that support business decision-making. Develop and maintain tools, reports, and analyses to monitor market performance and identify growth opportunities. Collaborate with business leaders and functional teams to provide competitive perspectives in strategic planning processes.

5 to 7 years of experience in market intelligence, strategy, consulting, advanced analytics, or product development, preferably in insurance or fintech. Bachelor's degree in Engineering in Innovation and Development, Actuarial Science, or a related field. Proficiency in Python or R, SQL, and visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
