What You'll Do
Evaluate and coordinate the safety, quality, and productivity of the team. Monitor staff and processes to ensure quality requirements are met. Calculate and implement KPIs for the area and develop production staff through training programs.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a preferred field. Fluent in English (B2 level). 5 years of experience in a related role. Ability to travel internationally, including to the USA.
