Senior Business Analyst (Salesforce)

Participate in CRM platform implementation and migration projects, from requirements gathering to UAT testing. Model business processes and customer journeys, identifying integrations between Salesforce and other systems. Execute and support UAT testing, creating functional documentation and technical specifications.
What We're Looking For
Experience working with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce. Solid knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud. Experience in CRM implementation or migration projects. Strong understanding of business process modeling and customer journeys.
