Lead the strategy and execution of the Ascend Analytical roadmap in Brazil and influence the global roadmap. Manage the daily operations of a dedicated full-stack squad, ensuring delivery cadence and technical quality. Define high-impact use cases, develop commercial materials, and validate offerings with real clients.

5+ years of experience in product management, ideally with experience leading a full-stack squad in a significant B2B product. Strong understanding of B2B platform products, credit cycle, and analytical modeling. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Hybrid work model with 2 days in the office per week. Located at Serasa headquarters in Parque da Cidade, São Paulo/SP.
