Conduct the structuring of public and private offerings, coordinating the end-to-end process from technical feasibility to financial settlement. Interface with administrators, banks, and external partners. Manage structured operation stocks, monitoring covenants and contractual obligations. Extract and process data using SQL/Python for management reports and dashboards.
What We're Looking For
5+ years of experience in financial analysis or treasury management. Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis. Strong understanding of financial instruments and market regulations. Experience in managing investor relations and structured finance.
