The Fundraising Officer supports the operational management and implementation of the Individual Giving program in Uruguay by coordinating day-to-day execution, monitoring, and optimization of activities across key channels. The role contributes to sustainable income growth, strengthening donor lifetime value, and ensuring efficient budget management and performance monitoring.
Requirements
A university degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Economics, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of one year of progressively responsible experience in fundraising, digital/direct marketing, or revenue-generating roles. Fluency in both English and Spanish is mandatory for this position.
