Participate in sensory panels for raw materials and finished products. Manage consumer complaints regarding Nescafé. Ensure consistent performance of analyses and alternative methods in the Central Laboratory and Line Laboratories. Support operations to ensure quality adherence in manufacturing and packaging routes.

Mandatory: Completed High School. Desirable: Completed Higher Education in Food Engineering/Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology, Biological Sciences, or related fields. Desirable: Basic English proficiency. Previous experience is not mandatory but knowledge of quality procedures/routines is preferred.
